Donation & Refund Policy

Donations

All donations are used for the charitable purposes of Radiant Foundation. Donations directed to a programme are used for that programme.

Refunds

If you donated in error — a wrong amount or a duplicate payment — write to hello@radiantfoundation.org within [7] days with your reference number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [10] working days.

Refunds cannot be made once an official donation receipt has been issued and filed, except where required by law.
