Donors: name, email, phone, and — if you ask for an official receipt — PAN and postal address.
Enquiries and volunteers: name, email, phone and your message.
Payment details are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store card numbers.

Why we collect it

To process donations and issue receipts required by the Income Tax Act.
To reply to you, and — only if you consented — to send updates on our work.
To meet legal reporting duties, such as Form 10BD filings.

How long we keep it
