Privacy Policy

Areez Software (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software studio based in India. We design and build websites, mobile apps, custom software and AI automation for businesses.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit areezsoftware.com or contact us, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It is written in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to run the website well:

• Details you send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and your project message, when you use our contact form, email, call or WhatsApp us.
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information that our hosting provider records automatically to deliver and secure the website.

We do not ask for or store payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal data on this website.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes, proposals and project updates.
• To deliver the services you hire us for, and to manage our working relationship with you.
• To improve the website by understanding which pages are useful and fixing problems.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or misuse of our forms.
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records for clients.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It sets cookies in your browser and shares usage data with Google, which processes it under its own privacy policy. We use the reports in aggregate and do not use them to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website will keep working normally.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Website hosting (Hostinger), which stores and serves the website.
• Email providers, which deliver the messages you send through our contact form.
• Google, for analytics and web fonts.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only when you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to respond to a valid request from a government authority.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as our working relationship and legal obligations (such as tax records) require. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

The website is served over encrypted HTTPS, access to enquiries is limited to our team, and we use reputable providers with their own security controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will act promptly if a breach occurs.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
• Withdraw consent at any time, for example to stop receiving follow-up messages.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, email contact@areezsoftware.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Please also read our Terms of Use.
